This ring was appraised on March 3 ,2009 for $49,400.  Royal City Jewellers and Loans Ltd. is selling this ring for $26,500.  The ring is stamped 18 Karat white gold with a brightly polished finish and set with one four claw princess cut diamond measuring 8.14 x 8.32 x 5.70 mm., approximate weight is 3.03 carats.  The diamond quality is SI₂ clarity,  G colour, good cut.  Also containing 102 bead set round brilliant cut diamonds equalling 2.15 carats.  The diamond quality is VS – VS₂ clarity, F – G colour, very good cut.  The ring weighs 9.6 grams.

Is this ring not a beautiful investment?  A kiss  on the hand may be quite continental, but diamonds are a girls’ best friend.  A kiss on the hand may be grand but it won’t pay the rent.
